City of Lawrenceburg Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program

The City of Lawrenceburg was awarded $350,000.00 from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) for an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Rehab activities may include replacement of HVAC systems, hot water heaters, roofing, electric upgrades and handicapped accessibility up to the threshold of the home.
