Lawrenceburg’s very own Fire Chief Tremain’s winning cuban sandwich which he calls El Jefe “The Chief” will be available until August 4th for only $14.99 at Proof 124 Table & Tavern and Hoosier Ice House. 
El Jefe features a cubano bun, the Chief’s award winning pulled pork, salami, ham, swiss cheese, sweet and spicy pickles, and locally sourced hot mustard served with your choice of a side.
